We just celebrated my mom’s 50th birthday at Crosswinds Tagaytay and since it’s a golden year celebration, why not celebrate it in an awesome place?
@ Crosswinds, Tagaytay
My mom, which is the ‘travel guru and planner’ of our family happened to see this at Airbnb, decided to spend her birthday in this cool place right away. We stayed at Grand Quartier 2 Condotel and it feels like we’re in a European holiday 🙂
Our room also fits the Swiss style setting 🙂 #perfectweekend
We did a little tour around the place and I love how they maintained the whole area. The place is full of pine trees (a lot better than Baguio, the “city of pines”) and the Swiss inspired houses and structures are photography worthy!
They even have a ‘ Christmas store’ and a ‘Santa’s house’ for kids! We didn’t go inside because of the ” for kids only” sign (LOL) but I bet its full of toys and chocolates.
adorable Santa’s house for kids! (only)
- Nov 27 – Mom’s Birthday
We woke up early to greet and surprise mama! 🙂 LOL our surprise was kinda fail since the night earlier, we tried so hard to hide our gift and card and I think she caught us, but she just wouldn’t tell us. Probably because she doesn’t want to spoil the fun 🙂 Anyways, she was happy with our gift and our DIY card!
our DIY card <3 made with love.
It was a foggy morning and at first I thought it would be bring rain but no 🙂 I’ll miss this kind of mornings.
We took a quick breakfast and we went around the place again, this time with our car. We decided to look for some picture perfect spots, and guess what, it’s not difficult to find a good one!
The pine trees around makes me feel that I’m in Baguio again, just without the pollution. Everything was just fresh and green.
cute coffee shop at Crosswinds
It was really fun staying here at Crosswinds and I think it’s a wonderful way to celebrate my mom’s 50th golden birthday here and like her birthday, it was a golden experience. 🙂
