Last summer was definitely one of the best and also a great way to celebrate the end of my hardships last year. I resigned last January from my previous job as an executive secretary and I promised to myself that it will be the last and I won’t work again for something I don’t love.
Thankfully, I truly enjoyed last summer and I really missed having a long vacation. After 3 years of stress in my previous jobs, this long break had really helped me lot to know myself more, bonded with my family and friends and I had traveled again to new places. Below are the highlights of my summer 2018:
March 2018
A cousin of ours from Canada bonded with us together with her fiance and I was glad that we got to see her again after 5 years. Time has really flied so fast.
April 2018
Remembering this is quite painful to me, because during this time my cousins are still okay with each other and we are genuinely happy. We did the traditional Visita Iglesia last Holy Thursday and spent Good Friday in Tagaytay. I also attended my cousin’s Graduation and although we are not complete that time, we are still happy and I’m really proud of her.
May- June 2018
This 2 months have been really good to me- they gave me so much to remember. I had my pre-bday celebration with my High School friends at Tagaytay, had a buffet during my birthday and traveled to Sorsogon. Life, indeed is really wonderful.
This summer would be surely unforgettable and here’s to more fun and adventures! Thank you summer 2018 🙂
